nama sehandsome tuannya..hehe  this is the baby of my not so little sister and mshah (her husband of course) Alhamdulillah sihat walafiat..keluar ikut tingkap jgk (c-sect) fuhh semangat 3.38kgs if im not mistaken las..tp kena c-sect tu sb complication baby x pusing..saya dah awal2 lagi ckp kat my dear sister..kalau doktor suggest c-sect the just go for c-sect..doctor knows whats best for his pesakit..(depends on the doctor jgk yer :D) saya x nak la my dear sister experience the same thing mcm saya..sakit 2 kali :s

Btw ini baby is my anak sesusu saya (betul ke tu) eh anak susuan la adik beradik dgn tumil daddy + nidal too..so kitorg dah tak ada chance nk berbesan sesame sisters hahahahaa kebaikkan nya adalah..untuk menjaga aurat mereka dan menjadikan mereka rapat seperti adik beradik yang betul  because we sisters love each other sooooo much but we dont want to be besannnnnnn ok :D

Tp terfikir jgk la..if one day..kalau adik2 tumil daddy fall in love with these handsome boys mcm manooooo??  Kita tak blh predict the future tatapi…sudah terlambat!  Walaubagaimanapunnn cannot okkkk! Lublu all~

Sarah's Baby Shower


Well..sedar tak sedar sarah, my not so little sister is already 7 months pregnant! Time sy gave birth to my baby fathiya hari tu sarah just had a miscarriage...cepatnya masa berlalu..my baby pun dah nk masuk 9-month old....bila nk blh jalan ni..cepat sikit boleh? u r a heavy baby ok! selalu nk dukung..pinggang ibu pun rasa nk patah ok..in fact im underweight now..dont u know that? hehe ngepekkk pulok..but im so happy to see u happy and healthy wpun a bit clingy (ambo pejam mato sajo)

sy terfikir nk organize a baby shower get together utk my not so little sister sehari sebelum chinese new year..tp memandangkan baby sy sgt clingy so sy meminta pertolongan sarah's friend to invite her other bbf..sb i wanted this event to be a very small and kawan yang terdekat and relatives sahaja..about 10ppl! i always think that my not so little sister is very lucky to have a very loyal + supportive friends around her! tu la kan..beberapa ramai org x suka kita..lagi ramai org yang suka..suka to be as a friend la! teringat pulak kt shrekkk :s never thought that horrible person does exists until i met shrek.. ok..lets skip this part..

the theme
i always wanted it to be something uncommon..fikir punya fikir..haaa buat color tiffany blue as sarah is expecting a baby BOY! then haaa theme breakfast at tiffany's pun ok jgk sy pun sgt suka cerita tu..hehe tp mcm x sesuai je pakai hitam petang2 tp nk buattttt jgk hahaha dont forget the pearls girls n LBD tooo! tp kebanyakkan invitees kan pakai tudung so up to them la nk interpret LBD tu mcm mano..

the venue
lets talk about the venue pulak..delicious dua residency ampang was the 1st place came to my mind as thats our family favorite place to makan2 sb makanan sedap n cosy..very relaxing..tapi as we organize it at 3pm so i decided to go for english afternoon tea..

the decorations
deco very simple mimple..sb sy tahu i wont have time to do smthg extravaganza sb i have a lifetime commitment (jaga baby) :D mmg x sempat nk kejar sana sini..so i just bought about 8 pcs of helium balloons (sadly color yang very close to tiffany blue pun tak adooooo) so ada sikit pun kira ok la..centerpiece pulak i just used my present to sarah on that day which was the diaper cake.. and the baby shower favor adalah superduper mini sarah & co cake + a pregnant belly cake..sarah seriously mengidam nak tgk pregnant belly cake on that day nasib baik la nadibakes sudi buat (wanted to tempah from cecelia tp dia busyyyyyy because our event fell a day b4 CNY) oh keciwanyaaaa but nadibakes punya cake pun not bad! tp at least ada pregnant belly cake tu sy dah bersyukur wpun not from cecelia's sb i could see sarah was really into that cake on that day..kalau x ada tu..mahu keluar airliur her baby nanti..hehe tq adam for the cake..and thanks everyone for making it a wonderful celebrations..

post pregnancy..

salam ramadhannnn..

belum terlewat rasanya hehe 9 more days to go..mesti dah ramai yang excited untuk raya..tatapi utk saya..keexcitesan itu tidak ada..untuk tahun ini..bj raya pun tak ada..biskut pun tak buat..but the best part is..saya boleh puasa penuh..yeyy! oh no tahun lepas punya still ada 8 hari..bukan malas sebenarnya nk qadaaaa tetapi keadaan tidak mengizinkan..i was pregnant people..mungkin anda rasakan itu adalah alasan common..but it's the truth! saya tidak boleh tidak makannnnnn when i was pregnant..1st time my dear husband tegur..'kenapa makan banyak sangat'? saya hanya menangis (lepas tu dia dah tak pernah tanya lagiii) hahaha ada few times jgk saya rasa sgt downnn and there was a question kept on spinning in my mind 'kenapa saya selalu laparrr'? dan merasakan diri saya ini adalah mangsa makanannnnn hahahaha (portion yg saya makan b4 pregnant hanya sikit yer rakan2) well kehidupan waktu pregnant saya kebanyakkannya hanyalah makan dan tidoooo selebihnya mungkin berada di dalam kereta :D ok enough with that!

sekarang saya sgt obsess utk dapatkan my pre-pregnancy body..sampai ada jgk terfikir smp tahap saya ini adalah obese dan ingin mendapatkan rawatan dkt london weight management gitu hahaha ok absurd! my normal weight was 40kgs (tu b4 pregnant lahhhhh..sakit hati tiba2 haha) i gained about 20kgs..i lost only 5kgs right after i gave birth..seriously nk terkeluar bijik mata masa tgk kt scale. nasib baik after a week berat badan saya jatuh mendadak..mungkin saya kepenatan stress n weary! and i saw a scary black shadow everytime i was alone too (tidak berkaitan) anywaysss saya sebenarnya hanya perlu a little tone up je (sedapkan hati sendiri) n lucky sb few days after confinement terus bulan puasa n  i have my brother (pembina badan hahaha) and 'youtube' to refer to.. what to eat and what not..how many calories in this n that food..which excercise is suitable for me sb saya melalui c-section yerrr so tak berani sgt nk push too hard..

my schedule setiap hari since saya belum bekerja ni..setiap pagi after sahur tido balik jap..then bgn at 7.15am to kiss to my dear husband goodbye (oh sgt lah mengantuk kalau mlm tu baby merengek mata pejam tapi menendang2) tido sekejap lg dan bangun untuk bt senamannn yer (sgt liatttt) lucky lg sb my baby seorg yg bangun lambattt so blh la bt senaman selama sejam atau kurang hahahaha lagi..lucky jgk sb my lovely sister pinjam kan maid dia barang sejam atau dua untuk kemas rumahhh..lepas tu saya iron n lipat baju kalau rajin (sb bibik dia sgt fail bab lipat n iron baju..lagipun baju suami saya kan baik saya yg buat)..pastu prepare baju baby kt atas katil in case dia bgn awal so blh mandikan terus..then lepas mandikan..breastfeed sambil bt senaman kaki sambil mengiring pulak..(semangat kentallll) bila baby dah tido..upper body excercise lg..pastu sy mandi..kdg2 termalas mandi awal2 so sy online..browse mana2 website contoh: how to lose pregnancy belly (iyooo something like that..) bt kerja sikit..tgk2 interior design + plans to refresh my mind..n to my surprise tibo2 terjumpa measurement tape..apa lagiiii..terkejut..pinggang saya dari 27 inchi menjadi 25 inchi dlm masa kurang 2weeks..menambahkan semangat sungguhhhhh..Alhamdulillahhhh

informations + cara2 yang saya gather dari webisode sebenarnya...untuk mendapatkan pre-pregnancy body ketika breastfeed ni sgt senang di achieve..yang penting kita kena positifffff..kita kena START! kalau tak start nk achieve mcm manooo..

1. in 10months after kita deliver baby

  • jangan push too hard sb kita pregnant pun about 9months n 10days..so sgt ajaib lah kalau terus kurus n kembali normal right after beranak (ada terjadi tp rare cases)

2. supportive bra kena pakai selalu
  • nak mengekalkan bentuk asal kena pakai bra yg boleh support sb ada pergerakkan senaman yang mungkin menyebabkan breast menjadi kendurrrr yerrr dan ketika breastfeed..breast kita akan menjadi larger n heavier..
3. minum air secukupnya
  • sb time excercise kita akan kehilangan air dlm badan.. jadi untuk mengelakkan kita dehydrate pastikan kita minum air dlm kuantiti yg byk (bkn 1 shot okkk) lagi2 time puasa..from my experience..especially time malam, kalau bf mesti rasa dahaga n rasa mcm nk selsema so pastikan ada air masak berdekatan dgn anda..
3. kurang kan 1 pound setiap minggu
  • jangan aim byk sgt dlm setiap minggu.. 1 pound = tak smpai 500grams yer sb nya kita mungkin kekurangan nutrisi utk diberikan kepada baby dan akan terjadi detox (time puasa) tentunya kita tidak mahu anak2 kita minum susu bertoksin kan..

4. 200-300 calories
  • extra calories perlu diambil pada siang hari untuk mendapatkan tenaga (puasa ni..mcm mano tuu?) jgn risau...200-300 itu hanya bersaiz besar bagel yerr.. panduan lain: 500 calories = sepinggan hidangan lengkap (nasi+lauk) 
5. lactic acid
  • senaman akan buildup lactic acid dlm muscles utk membuatkan muscles contract efficiently+menaikkan ketahanan kita..tapi kalau buat excercise cukup oksigen +air its ok...tu tak akan ada effect kalau breastfeed pun..sesungguhnya senaman bagus wapun kita bf..
6. breastfeed sebelum senaman
  • sebolehnya bf sebelum senaman yer..tp kalau perlu bf selepas senaman pastikan breast area adalah bersih..(to avoid baby rasa masin peluh andaaa)
7. bersihkan diri lepas senaman
  • tiada penjelasan utk ini..nk ke bau masam hahaha :D
p/s kalau webisode tu tipu..tipu lah say...hehe
