sour cream chocolety chocolate cake

another rajin day..sebenarnya ingredients ni dah beli last weekend..hati ni dah mcm tidak keruan time ingatkan chocolate cake..rasa nk buat cake tu sgt membuak2..dah jd ketagih nk buat cake..sbnarnya bkn ketagih nk buat cake..tp nk makannnnnn hahahahaha nasib baik my dear husband sgt supportive! tlg jaga baby lg..temankan pilih barang2..tlg pilih kan chocolate..(dia pun nampak excited jgk!) to get this recipe..please refer to my previous entry    click here    kali ni i just add sour crea to the batter + topping and used gred A cocolate powder..A ke? not sure hehehehe

the only cocoa powder that available in their store..
never use this 1..why not just give it a try..tp pricey sikit!

additional ingredients in this recipe.. 
I've used these stuffs for the chocolate frosting 
ini lah batter nya..very thick
letak 1 layer batter dulu..then i put the cadbury black forest milk
chocolate in the middle..careful ok as i found out that my batter turned
out tak berapa moist..still moist tp...kureng sikit dari what i always bake..
reminder: do not put on top sb nnt chocolate ni burn rasa hangit ok!
cracked cake as a result! sb bermain dengan temperature just to get a flat cake..
tips: kalau nk flat cake please lower the temperature tp baking time will increse..(lama sikit je)
haaa..kan dah ckp..mmg both sides flat! sila cuba!
tips: kalau nk letak cream on top of ur cake tu sila letak dlm plastic lain dulu k..baru
 letak dlm sarung tu..senang kerja nk cuci nanti or nk tukar2 color cream icing..:D
tadaaaaa...fuhhh the longest cake ever..time consuming! sb anak nangis la..
bahan tak cukup la..cooking for lunch laa..feed my baby la..
tq  dear husband tq jaga baby :D p/s i still need to polish my skill on the icing part!
well..ini dia..when i say tak moist tu..sikit je tak moist..
tgk texture tu dah macam ice cream..LOVE it!!! (puji sendiri)
